So let's do it as it is included on your daily routine. If you are looking forward to a beautiful and fit body you really have to be consistent, because of not then all of the efforts you have given would be all useless. Exercising in a daily basis is as easy as counting when you get used to it, but maintaining it would really be difficult to pursue. Never eat unless you are hungry.
