PRLog (Press Release) - May 10, 2010 -
This November 7, 2010, some lucky couple will celebrate their wedding virtually free of
charge, thanks to Collin County Event Professionals!

Allen, TX May 1, 2010 – Collin County Event Professionals has announced they will hold
their first ever CCEP Sponsored Wedding in November of this year.  Group members, all
professional event vendors, have volunteered their services to make this special occasion
extremely memorable (not to mention relatively free) for one lucky couple.

Jules Sanchez, 2010 President of CCEP explains how the group came up with the idea of a
wedding give-away.   “For the last few years, many of the vendors in the group have been
discussing the possibility of some type of joint venture…preferably one in which the
members could work together in their capacity as event professionals while simultaneously
doing some good in or for the community. During one of the board meetings, the group
officers were brainstorming ideas again, and the CCEP Sponsored Wedding was born!”

Applications are being accepted from May 1, 2010 until midnight June 1, 2010 and are
available via the group’s website at http://www.collincountyeventpros.com. Interested
couples must submit the application, a photo of themselves, and a 500 word or less essay
about why they deserve a free wedding.  All of the vendors involved with the project will
choose the winning couple, which will be announced on June 10, 2010.

“We are really excited about this wedding,” says Paige Mejia, 2nd Vice President and
Chairperson for the project. “We already have over 20 vendors on board, and more
volunteering each day!  It’s pretty amazing to see all these professionals come together for
such a worthwhile goal.”
