May 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Stephen L. Watson was recently named as Chairman of Rypos, Inc’s Board of Directors. An active private investor in early-stage companies for the past twenty years, Mr. Watson is an experienced entrepreneur. He was most recently CEO of Medispectra and previously Chairman of Altair Avionics Corporation and of Environmental Engineering Corp. Rypos, Inc is the leader in the design and manufacturing of active exhaust control systems for the reduction of harmful emissions from diesel engines.

In addition he was the Chairman of the Industrial Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Iowa State University, is a governor of Iowa State University, and serves on the board of the ISU Foundation.
