This season promises to be an exciting one for local roller derby fans, as each and every home bout is a double header. Fans will get to enjoy twice the blocks, twice the hits and twice the fishnets at the Florence Fundome in Florence. Each night of hard-hitting fun will start at 7 p.m., with entertainment between bouts.
The first home bout – in grand roller derby tradition – has a theme. Join Northern Kentucky’s own Black-n-Bluegrass Roller Girls for “Mother, May I?” on May 22nd, where they will take on the Roller Girls of Central Kentucky and Vette City.

The mission is to actively create and promote an environment that fosters physical and mental strength, and empowers the independent spirit of women in the sport of roller derby and the community at large. The league is and will remain deeply dedicated to the spirit of good sportswomanship and athleticism so as to bring honor and distinction to our league, women in the sport and the sport of women’s flat track roller derby as a whole.
