Agaram, founded in 1959, started out as a laboratory glassware manufacturer. About two decades later, laboratory instruments were added to their product portfolio. Agaram was the dealer for Bausch & Lomb UV-Vis Spectrophotometers and they created a record for the number of double-beam spectrophotometers sold in a single calendar year
