Health Align partners with Danielle Ho Image Consultancy and unlocks the secrets to good posture and styling tips for Adelaide’s working women and young graduates.
After a successful and informative workshop in March, Health Align partners with Danielle Ho Image Consultancy with another fun and interactive workshop for Adelaide’s working women, young graduates and health conscious women.
Themed ‘An Improved You’, ladies can pick up good posture management tips, enjoy a fun Pilates session and unlock the secrets to creative and affordable styling. Held on May 19, at 6:30 PM at Health Align, 266 Glen Osmond Road, the two hour workshop costs $25 per person, with a special ‘Bring a friend’ offer of $10 for the additional person.
“These workshops are an investment for working women or employers who appreciate healthy, confident and productive employees. By adopting basic posture management; it reduces spinal pain, headaches and blood pressure, thus giving working women, mothers or students the opportunity to lead healthy, active and productive lifestyles”, said Tansy Boggon, owner of Health Align.
