As a VisiFLOW user since 2002 with over 31 employees, Columbiana County required an EDMS that encompassed the fundamental features of VisiFLOW but enabled future enhancements, better features, and the scalability to usher them into a more productive document-managing environment.

Columbiana County Clerks are finding that netDMS is more user-friendly with less manual steps. Some of the key features that they enjoy most include; less steps involved in logging onto netDMS than was previously in VisiFLOW, images appear much clearer that before, and images can be emailed with just a few clicks.

Integration with the Case Management System, CourtView, has also been enhanced. Now clerks can work directly in CourtView without having to go back and forth between the document management and the case management system as previously required in VisiFLOW.
The future holds promise for Columbiana County Clerk of Courts as they look towards ways to improve operational efficiency and productivity with netDMS. Plans are already underway to implement automated redaction with IDentiHide™, VistaSG automated redaction software.
