Antellus, a private independent publisher of books and ebooks, is preparing to issue the illustrated anthology of vampire stories in PDF format for ereaders.

"NAGRASANTI" is the 3rd book by Theresa M. Moore in the SF/vampire series Children of The Dragon, a chronicle of the Xosan, living vampires from the planet Antellus who were once human but were transformed by a dragon's blood. It comprises short stories which gave rise to the series, illustrated versions of the next four books, and an art gallery from the original series which inspired it, "Blood Songs". The art is a collection of black and white illustrations by the author which were rendered in ink, colored pencil, dot screen films, gouache and acrylics. The book illustrations were painted in ink and grayscale acrylics.

"I think the only reason why it has not sold well as a print book is the rarity of illustrated anthologies in the genre," author and owner Theresa M. Moore said. "With the recent developments in digital publishing we hope to bring this book to a wider audience by making it available for reading on computers and ereaders at a lower more affordable price."

The book is currently available as a printed perfect bound trade paperback at 8.5" x 11", and sells for $21.95, down from its original price of $29.95. At 368 pages it is priced better than most other large format books of the same type. It was published in 2007 as a slightly smaller paperback, then in 2008 in crown quarto. In 2009 it was republished in its current size with a different cover. The ebook will be 300+ pages long in the same size and will be sold for $14.99 with a full color cover included. It will be sold directly on the Antellus web site, Scribd, and other online ebook sellers.

About the author: Theresa M. Moore has been an avid reader and writer of science fantasy adventure since 1966. She also writes about history, mythology and science, and has a skeptical interest in pseudoscience. She has published 11 books to date, with a 12th in progress.
