Edmonton, AB- Greg Kopchuk and ActionCOACH Canada are thrilled to have received an Award of Excellence in franchise satisfaction from the Canadian Franchise Association. Awards were given out last night at a gala event, and the coaching firm took home the Bronze award.
“This is the first time we were a finalist in the non-traditional franchise in the new/emerging category, and out of 31 other franchises, I think we did great!” says Kopchuk, who was at the gala to receive the award. The firm also received a long service member’s plaque for being members of the Canadian Franchise Association for 10 years.
"The award is more than a good-looking statuette," says Cheryl Kostopoulos, President, Pak Mail Centers Canada, and Chair of the CFA Award of Excellence in Franchising Committee. "It's about education, the CFA's Code of Ethics, good public relations for franchising, and highlighting the fact that, when the franchisor and the franchisees work together, there is no better way to do business?"
