Who’s new at the Jersey Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau? Robert Hilton has been named Executive Director of the Jersey Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Jersey Shore’s premier Destination Marketing Organization.

Mr. Hilton is a respected leader in Monmouth and Ocean County, well known for his tourism efforts in the NJ towns of Ocean Grove, Asbury Park and Atlantic Highlands. Hilton has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Mr. Hilton got his start in the hospitality and tourism industry at the age of 16 when he started his own catering business. Since then he has been a tour director and sales manager for a major NJ motor coach tour company, and has held management positions at Mountain Creek Resort and the Appalachian Luxury Vacation Condo Hotel, both in Vernon, NJ.
Formerly General Manager of a privately-held Bed and Breakfast group in Ocean Grove NJ and General Manager of the Blue Bay Inn in Atlantic Highlands, Mr. Hilton continues to volunteer as Vice Present of the Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Hilton owns and operates the Sixth Avenue House Bed and Breakfast, located at 305 Sixth Avenue in Asbury Park, NJ where he maintains an office for the Jersey Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau.
A graduate of Upsala College, Mr. Hilton also attended Johnson and Wales University to continue his education in Restaurant Management & Culinary Art.
