May 7, 2010 -TORONTO, ON - BoardSuite® Corp. (www.boardsuitecorp.com), the Freemium on-demand board portal, today announced the appointment of Jim Collins as Chief Financial Officer to lead the company in its going public transaction.

Collins, a seasoned financial executive, has a proven track record in raising capital through IPOs, private equity and venture capitalists.  He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in building and growing both public and private companies.  Prior to his appointment at BoardSuite, Collins held progressively senior roles as CFO at EnGlobe Corporation Inc., Vice President Finance at Insception Biosciences and Vice President Finance and Administration at Hydrogenics Corporation.
