Xyngular changed their Compensation Plan. It's better then before.

Xyngular made some enhancements to their Compensation plan that we think are very exciting.

May 6, 2010 - PRLog -- These enhancements will benefit Distributors who are actively growing their organizations.  They were designed to maximize the pay on the normal distribution of volume in a distributor’s organization, and they will enhance the benefits to their distributors as they build their organizations.  They announced the following changes for the Director level and above.

Enhancement  1
Currently on Residual Earnings, comp plan pays $5 for every 120 PV on levels 3 – 8.  Beginning May 1st, this will be increased from $5 to $6 for Directors and above on Levels (3-6).  The payout on residual earnings for Directors and above would be $12 on the first level, $8 on the second level, $6 on levels 3-6, and $5 on levels 7-8.  Again, this change applies if you are Director or above, and is in addition to what is earned on Rapid Rewards and the Corporate Sales Pools.

Enhancement 2
Previously, the Corporate Sales Pools for the Director ranks were determined by the volume in a Distributor’s first six levels as compared to the volume in other Directors’ first six levels. To make the transition from the Manager Pools to the Director Pools more consistent, we will be capping the GV that can be counted in each of the Director-level Sales Pools. They will now be computed as follows:

GV for the Director level Pool will range from 20,000 - 29,999. GV for the Silver Director level will range from 30,000 - 39,999. GV for the Gold Director level will range from 40,000 - 49,999. GV for the Platinum Director level will range from 50,000 - 99,999.

This enhancement to the Director Sales Pools ensures a better progression in the bonus pools from the Manager level sales pools where the bonus amount is split equally among the number of participants. The Executive Pools will remain as they currently are with the participant's volume in their first 7 levels being used as compared to the volume of the other Executives' 7 levels.
