Nokia N97 Deals for the first ever mobile computer in the UK

Apart from its obvious features, it was probably the Nokia N97 deals that made this smartphone a success in the UK.

The Nokia N97 arguably was the first smartphone that was released in the UK in December 2008 that set the chain of mobile phones that are effectively mobile computers.
It was probably the first ever mobile phone to successfully combine the standard phone features with a mobile internet browser and wi-fi. Now, of course every second smartphone getting released are mobile computers only.

The network carriers – O2, Orange, 3 Mobile, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Virgin Media all offer SIM free, SIM only, pay as you go and Nokia N97 contract deals. Needless to mention, each such deal is tailor made to lure the avid customer. What with freebies in the form of the mobile device, calling time, text messaging and internet usage coming to you absolutely free as part of the deal.
Orange, T-Mobile, 3 Mobile and Vodafone all offer Nokia N97 contract deals for monthly charges ranging from £ 15 to £ 40 for 24 months (in some cases for a more lengthy period) and provide you along with the connection, the device, and fixed talk time and text messaging totally free.
There are still more plans that come to you along with some free gifts. Orange and Vodafone give for respectively  £ 35  and   £ 45 a Sony DAB radio free.
Vodafone and T-Mobile also offer the Nokia N97 through pay as you go deal charing you  £ 402.99. Orange, on the other hand, gives the pay G deal for £ 404.95. There are still some SIM free deals that get you the device for £ 387.70.
