Cibus 2010: Distilleria Bottega Revolutionizes Cooking With Grappa-scented Sprays

Thursday, May 11, at 12:30 p.m., at the Bottega stand (V004, Hall 3), tasting of toasted breads (bruschetta) and ice creams scented with four new grappas in spray form.
 
May 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Soon the kitchen will not be the same.  Beginning May 11, 4 new grappa sprays designed by Distilleria Bottega will be available on the market, and will add new flavor to your dishes.

Distilleria Bottega created the already famous Alexander Grappa Spray, which has
revolutionized the way we enjoy the most well-known Italian spirit.  Now the company is introducing to the market 4 grappa sprays, flavored with cinnamon, vanilla, chili pepper and mint.
 
The new grappa sprays will be available for tasting at the Cibus Fair being held in Parma from May 10 to May 13.  On May  11, at 12:30 p.m., at the Bottega stand, it will be possible to taste the new grappa sprays sprinkled on toasted breads (bruschetta) and over chocolate and milk ice creams offered by the Callipo Ice Cream Company.
 
The Bottega grappa sprays can be used on:
 
•   Coffee
•   Cakes and pastries
•   Oysters, risotto, prawns, pasta, finger foods, meat
•   Cuban and Tuscan cigars
