Sunshine Roth, National President of the SSFOA stated; “It is exciting to see that we are up for this grant to be able to buy "Tunes for Troops". We have been waiting for a couple of months to be a part of the Pepsi Refresh Project and it finally happened in May.
Roth went on to say that the past two months have been very exciting for The Silver Star Families of America. We are now ranked in the top 20 of of Non Profit Organizations for Veterans. We are extremely proud and pleased with this.
Also the House just passed H.Res 855 making Silver Star Service Banner Day an Official day on May 1st of every year. Things are moving quickly and we want to be one of the front runners in Veteran Service Organizations.
