The Silver Star Families Of America Makes It Into The Pepsi Refresh Project

May 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Sunshine Roth, National President of the SSFOA stated; “It is exciting  to see that we are up for this grant to be able to buy "Tunes for Troops".  We have been waiting for a couple of months to be a part of the Pepsi Refresh Project and it finally happened in May.

Roth went on to say that the past two months have been very exciting for The Silver Star Families of America.  We are now ranked in the top 20 of of Non Profit Organizations for Veterans.  We are extremely proud and pleased with this.

Also the House just passed H.Res 855 making Silver Star Service Banner Day an Official day on May 1st of every year.  Things are moving quickly and we want to be one of the front runners in Veteran Service Organizations.

The Pepsi Refresh Project will give us the opportunity to purchase "Tunes for Troops" but we need everyones help.  If you would please go to this site http://www.refresheverything.com/tunesfortroops everyday and vote for us we can make this happen for our Troops so far away at home.  We thank everyone for helping us to help our Veterans and Active Duty so far from home.  Please remember to go in and vote everyday to help us achieve this goal.
