Seattle, WA. -Cinco de Mayo is on May 5, 2010. Cinco de Mayo is celebrates throughout the United States. Cinco de Mayo is not an obligatory federal holiday in Mexico, but rather a holiday that can be observed voluntarily. While Cinco de Mayo has limited significance nationwide in Mexico, the date is observed in the United States and particularly at Fish Singer Place in Shoreline, Washington.
Weather permitting the small community’s fire-pit, at Fish Singer Place located in the center of the site, will be christen with campfire-roasted Smores. Breaking away from the traditional gooey marshmallow on a Hershey's Chocolate bar on a graham cracker topped with another graham cracker square the group at Fish Singer will be kicking it up a notch, BAM, and instead serving Gail’s Mexican S'mores. Replacing the hard to handle graham crackers with foil wrapped tortillas smothered in peanut-butter, filled with semi sweet chocolate and mini marshmallows slow cooked over the grill.
The fire-pit is just one of unique amenities, which is a shared focal point, and encourages social interaction among the homeowners.
