The large white dairy barn dates back to the early 1920’s. It is an important part of Draper’s community history. We are working to raise money to Save the Barn! The plan is to move the Day Barn right by the Draper Park. The barn will be renovated into a unique park pavilion-very needed and in demand in our community. The barn will be used for-barn dances, community events, family parties, informal weddings, exhibits & hopefully a successful farmer's market too.
Fresh Hair Professionals is accepting donations for the Save the Day Barn cause. Donors will be entered into a drawing to win prizes that are donated by local businesses. Donors will also become Barn Buddies (www.daybarn.blogspot.com)
There will be different upcoming events & fundraisers to help in this effort including this Saturday there will be a Barn-yard sale & Motorcycle ride.
