CSAV Agency Renews HQ Lease at Metro Corporate Campus

May 6, 2010 - PRLog -- ISELIN, N.J., May 4, 2010 – Shipping agent CSAV Agency, LLC has renewed its 24,000-square-foot headquarters lease at Metro Corporate Campus, 99 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

Edward Duenas, based at Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, N.J., office, and Jeremy Neuer, based in Edison, serve as exclusive leasing agents for Metro Corporate Campus on behalf of the property owner, a fund managed by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Brown, based in Morristown, and Robert Rudin, based in East Rutherford, represented CSAV Agency in the long-term transaction.

A long-time tenant at the 10-story, Class A office tower, CSAV Agency acts as the exclusive maritime agent for the shipping lines CSAV, Norasia and Libra in the United States. The company is owned by Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV), a Chilean publicly traded shipping company.
