Greer Amplifiers came across the Liz Lee Band through an acquaintance who was listening to the Liz Lee Band's album "The Road That Leads To You" in Athens a few weeks ago, and immediately had interest in the band. Through some thorough research, Greer Amps decided to contact the Liz Lee Band and see if they would be interested in playing through their amps. The Liz Lee Band was already familiar with Greer Amplifiers and their guitar pedals as well, which led them to a meeting to see if the details could be worked out. There is already a music equipment company that endorses the Liz Lee Band and another is finalizing the details of endorsing the band's leader, Liz Lee.
Greer Amps will deliver three guitar amplifier two-piece stacks approximately 90-120 days from today for Liz Lee, Erik Neil and Brian Rosen. They will be custom Greer Amplifiers Liz Lee Band Editions featuring the band's logo colors in the amplifier's overall look and design, and the band will have some input in the amplifier's overall sound as well. Greer Amps will also have Greer Amps practice amplifiers on hand for the band to use.

The Liz Lee Band is expected to meet with Greer Amps executives later this month to go over all the final details and to take a tour of the Greer Amps headquarters and workshop.

Greer Amplifiers already has special deals in place with numerous multi-platinum artists and bands, and felt strongly enough about the Liz Lee Band to go full bore into a long-lasting endorsement deal with them. Greer Amps Owner Nick Greer said, "Liz Lee writes some of the sweetest music I've ever heard, and her band is loaded with more talent than Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works".
