It’s almost here…2nd Annual Mom’s Nite™ Out on May 6th

On Thursday, May 6th at events across the country and online, Moms everywhere will celebrate the 2nd Annual National Mom’s Nite Out™.Organized by Maria Bailey, Co-founder of BlueSuitMom.com (www.bluesuitmom.com) , National Mom’s Nite Out will unite over 150 social media groups, companies, local playgroups, mommy bloggers and social networks in giving moms a well deserved night off. Moms can even get in on the virtual fun by participating in our #MomsNiteOut Twitter celebration or watching live-streaming parties on MomTV.com.

“Building on last year’s success, National Mom's Nite Out™ promises to be one of the largest cooperative efforts of Mommy groups, Mom-focused organizations and corporations, bloggers and vloggers - all coming together for one great night in support of motherhood,” Bailey said.

Taking a well-deserved break, Moms will gather to enjoy food, entertainment and prizes from event sponsors, including My Little Pony, Little Debbie, Simon Malls, Dove chocolate, Lands’ End and Wyndham Worldwide Hotels. Pizza Hut will provide a unique program while Mom goes out, offering dinner for families of 100 moms.

“Pizza Hut is taking care of dinner so moms can enjoy a night off from cooking,” said Chris Fuller, spokesman for Pizza Hut. “While mom is out having fun, families across the country will enjoy their favorite pizza, pasta and wings from Pizza Hut. Everyone wins!”  

Millions of Moms will gather from coast-to-coast, from New York to San Diego and Phoenix to Chicago. Hundreds of events are planned at mall and retail locations, homes and hotels. Moms will gather to enjoy food, entertainment and prizes from generous sponsors. Here’s a glimpse of just a few of the events:

-Over 60 Simon Malls are hosting events at locations from Alaska to Florida;
-Children’s Orchard retail stores offer celebrations for Moms at over a dozen locations (call your local store or check on www.momsniteout.com).
-The Ronald McDonald House® in Atlanta will host a special celebration for local mom bloggers and resident moms in conjunction with the The BlogRollers and McDonald’s Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour headliner Regina Bell.
-Lands’ End hosts Mom’s Nite Out Pampering Parties at the Lands’ End Shop at Sears in Oak Brook, IL; Natick, MA; and Alpharetta, GA.
