May 2, 2010 - PRLog -- River Park Mobile Home Park is a 190 unit multi use community located in the heart of Miami, Florida along the Miami River. River Park consist of residential mobile home lots, residential apartments, and commercial units. Four Points Property Management will provide a full time on-site property manager as well as a full time team of on-site maintenance and janitorial staff. Additionally, Four Points Property Management will provide the following services as part of their Management Agreement; administrative management services, financial management services including payment of all invoices, preparation of monthly financial statements, and also physical property management services and project management.
