NYMAG (New York Martial Arts Gym) has been offering World Class MMA instruction in the Dutchess County since 1997 and has just opened the first NYMAG MMA Gym in New Windsor, NY, just a few miles from Woodbury on Rt 32.

Classes are offered for Beginners with no Full Contact or Competition Required and to aspiring Athletes alike.
