Rodin4D now compatible with NVidia 3D vision glasses
Rodin4D, the CAD/CAM specialist for orthopaedics, announce that the brand new version of R4D CAD/CAM, its digital rectification software for braces, prostheses and orthosis is now compatible with the NVidia 3D vision glasses!
The R4D CAD/CAM software, part of the CAD/CAM solution for Rodin4D orthopaedics, allows the rectification of patient’s digital forms in order to design orthopaedic devices such as prostheses, orthosis or braces. During rectification, all modifications can be observed in real time in a 3D virtual view. With 3D vision, this 3D view becomes real before your eyes thanks to the latest 3D relief technology for viewing!
By equipping yourself with a NVidia configuration and stereoscopic glasses, it is possible for users of R4D CAD/CAM software, Version 5 to view the form of devices in 3D relief. This viewing technique allows the volume and size of virtual devices to be visualised more accurately and makes orthopaedic rectifications much easier, more agreeable and more efficient!
This brand new technology will be presented this year during the two largest World Congresses of Orthopaedics, the Orthopadie Reha Tecknik and Ispo World 2010 exhibitions, which well be held from 10th - 15th May at Leipzig.
