Currently, this family of low cost temperature alarms includes models that provide audible alarms when the temperature rises above 20°, 40° or 85° Fahrenheit or falls below 45° Fahrenheit. TA-04 temperature alarms are ideally suited for applications where low cost and minimal installation is required. Residential applications include temperature monitoring of refrigerators, freezers, unoccupied cabins or homes, apartments, condominiums, and air conditioners or furnaces. Commercial applications include temperature monitoring of HVAC equipment, walk-in coolers, greenhouses, computer rooms, cold storage facilities, and animal confinement buildings.
The TA-04 family of temperature alarms is targeted at applications that have been cost prohibitive until now due high system and installation cost. The TA-04 is battery operated and does not require wiring unless it is connected to a remote monitoring system.
