The Sustainability and Green Design Services group offers a comprehensive, integrated suite of services to assist developers, building managers and property owners in addressing issues such as indoor air quality, water and wastewater management, heat loss recovery, daylighting, indoor and outdoor space planning, and other issues that plague structures, neighborhoods and waterfronts for clients in both the private and public sectors. The combined impact of sustainable design provides, protected occupant health and improved employee productivity, reduced waste, and prevents or reverses environmental degradation. Through improved siting, design, construction, operation and maintenance impacts on the environment are minimized throughout a buildings lifecycle.

The Sustainability and Green Design Services group sales initiative will be lead by Bonita Areman as Vice President Business Development and Sales. Areman will drive the vision and leadership within Matrix by developing and executing a sales strategy that will complement Matrix’s existing service offerings. Areman’s professional background includes Global Sales and Marketing management at Fortune 100/500 companies and she has had the unique opportunity to be part of several successful high-tech start-up companies.
Matrix has appointed Jacqueline Germany as its Director of Sustainability Systems. In the newly created position, Germany will lead the environmental consulting efforts and assist Matrix clients to determine the feasibility and options to implement sustainable solutions. Jacqueline's contributions within the industry are well recognized, and her addition to Matrix will further the organizations efforts to integrate these compelling services.
