With an ever-growing portfolio of tent systems and related accessories together with successful penetration of new markets, the company needed additional capacity. Company founder and owner, Heinz Röder commissioned the facility, specifically for the design and production of our core tent systems namely HTS STRUCTURES designed by Heinz Röder and HOECKER STRUCTURES.
The purpose - built facility covers a total area of 42,000m² and incorporates the highest levels of technology combined with advanced production systems that are applied throughout the entire manufacturing process ensuring an unrivalled high quality end product.
Innovation and technology are foremost in the company’s philosophy with substantial investment in the production process being key to our success. The streamlined facility operates six purpose-built production halls, each fully equipped with a bespoke CNC (computer numerically controlled) machine ensuring the smooth flow of product throughout the entire production process from raw material through to finished product.
The facility has the capability and capacity to operate 24 hours a day ensuring high product demand and delivery timelines are always achieved. Subject to demand, standard production lead-times are 2 weeks from date of confirmed order plus shipping. After manufacturing, all components are subjected to stringent quality control procedures after which all products are packed, banded and prepared for customer dispatch.
