This month, the staff of Home Care Assistance of San Diego is delivering Vegetable Gardens in a Box to its senior clients. Not only are they delivering, they are setting them up too -- planted with vegetables, herbs and flowers. Our clients only need to water and harvest the crop.
The planters are small, but will produce pounds of tomatoes and vegetables all summer long. Because the planters are 44” high, they are easy for our senior clients and their caregivers to tend and harvest. The complete vegetable gardens are a complimentary service for Home Care Assistance of San Diego clients.
