Updated Website Includes Comments Section for Feedback

CARY, N.C. (April 26, 2010)—Barbara Petty, publisher of Boom! Magazine a monthly publication dedicated to the active lifestyle of those 45 and older, announces the expansion of the publication’s website (BoomNC.com). To encourage communication among readers, the site now includes a comment section where visitors can post their thoughts and opinions on the most popular articles.

“We feel it’s necessary to give our ‘boomers’ an opportunity to express their feelings and opinions,” says Petty. “With the addition of the comment section, it makes it easier for our audience to do so.”

To post a comment about an article from the magazine, simply visit BoomNC.com and find the articles tab on the top of the page. The comments section can be found at the bottom of articles in the Live Smart, Live Well, Live Large, Greg’s Corner and Fifty & Fabulous sections.

“The comment section allows us to receive valuable feedback that is critical to the satisfaction of our readers,” adds Petty. “We will use this information to help streamline our online content.”

The site also includes music, book and wine reviews; a calendar of events; and a Fun Stuff section, where visitors can participate in the publication’s Game of the Month.
