Kristen has over 11 years of experience in the spa and skin care industry; therefore, massage therapy perfectly compliments her existing services.

Kristen will be offering Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy and clinical sports massage.  Swedish massage is a popular full-body massage intended to relax the entire body and improve circulation.  Neuromuscular therapy, also referred to as deep-tissue massage, is a comprehensive, advanced clinical massage focusing on body pain and dysfunction. Deep tissue uses scientifically-applied pressure to relieve body pain, balance structure, restore movement, and promote integration of mind and body.  Clinical sports massage is a specialized therapy involving manipulation of the soft tissues (muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments) through a variety of techniques and movements and is intended to accelerate the body’s natural healing and recovery processes.
