PALO ALTO, Calif.—April 26, 2010—Royse Law Firm, a corporate and tax law firm with offices in Northern and Southern California, has expanded its practice to include labor and employment law with the addition of attorney Lisa M. Chapman, according to Founder Roger Royse. “We are delighted to expand our multi-disciplinary practice to include labor and employment law and litigation. Attorney Lisa Chapman, formerly with Nixon Peabody, will head our labor and employment practice. Her team will assist clients in their efforts to comply with federal and state employment laws and regulations, and represent clients in civil actions and before federal and state agencies in matters relating to sexual harassment, wage and hour, and discrimination. They will also represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including trade secret theft, breach of contract and partnership disputes.” Royse said that Ms. Chapman joins the 10-attorney Royse Law firm at a time of continuing expansion. “We have offices in Palo Alto, San Francisco, San Jose and Los Angeles, with plans to expand into new regions as well as practice areas,” said Royse.

Ms. Chapman, a member of the California and Santa Clara Bar Associations, holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
