AMHERST, N.Y. – Carr Marketing Communications has created a public relations campaign for Molly and the Flu, an educational DVD created by the Erie Niagara Area Health Education Center (AHEC).
Molly and the Flu is an animated 10-minute video made for children ages 8 to 12 to address their health concerns and questions in a way they can understand. This is accomplished through conversations among the character Keisha and her friends Molly, Shawn, Leroy and a talking medical bag named Pepper.
Molly and the Flu discusses ways children can identify flu virus signs and symptoms, as well as tips to prevent getting the flu. A detailed handbook for parents, educators and health administrators accompanies the DVD.
