On Saturday May 1st, Community Acupuncture clinics like Harmony Community Wellness Center are promoting the 7th Annual May Day Celebration. Also known as International Workers Day, May Day is acknowledged worldwide as a commemoration of the social and economic achievements of the international labor movement.
Community Acupuncture clinics are social businesses dedicated to affordable healthcare. They provide acupuncture treatments on a sliding scale of $20-$40 for everybody, regardless of one’s insurance or income. With over 150 Community Acupuncture clinics in North America, thousands of individuals are expected to receive free services on May 1st.
