Company Looks to the Future with Service Expansion and New Look

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – With twenty-five years servicing clients in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and neighboring communities– South Bay Brokers, Inc., has decided to celebrate its anniversary with a new logo, a new look and independent market research that has lead to expanded marketing services that will take their clients into a more tech savvy form of home buying and selling.

Why change a winning formula now?  Not content to maintain the status quo, SBBI conducted a comprehensive survey among customers in February and received a 95% customer satisfaction rating according to LA-based independent research firm The Marketing Agency. The online study also yielded many insights into the factors clients consider being essential when choosing and working with a real estate firm. Co-CEO Founder, Jack Gillespie, stated, “Our established clients were happy with the services we provided, and we were pleased they responded so favorably in the survey – but we wanted to go beyond what we already provide.  Since technology is changing the marketing landscape and everyone wants information instantly, we decided to take our company and clients to the next level of service.”

With over 100 full-time agents on its roster, and sustained sales growth even during the economic downturn, SBBI will now help each agent provide their clients marketing services that go beyond traditional print media campaigns. In addition to an expanded SBBI parent website, each agent will also have their own personal website tied to our central database, the MLS and the latest market news.  They will also have the ability to “show” each of their property listings using a virtual online tour with an internet domain unique to each property.

SBBI  is also mixing social media into their selling formula, along with expanded email marketing. “Interested buyers and sellers need immediate resources at their disposal these days, and individual websites mixed with social media, which helps take information viral, is the future in successful real estate,” stated Jim Van Zanten, Co-CEO Founder of South Bay Brokers. “We have hired additional support staff to help our agents provide the best customer service to each one of their clients.”

While so many other real estate companies are shrinking in size or services, South Bay Brokers plan to add more agents to their roster in the upcoming year and expand territory beyond the beach cities.  Gillespie added,  “We are working on immediate plans for expansion of our services to cover the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Marina Del Rey areas.”
