New World Connections to Expand Oil and Gas Exploration Opportunities

New York, NY, Apr. 23, 2010 -- One of America’s premier trading companies has announced agency agreements with China’s leading manufacturer of oil and gas exploration equipment, as well as one of it’s most established natural resource exploration service operations.

Effective immediately, New World Connections will serve as the worldwide agent for Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Ltd. Bohai specializes in industry standard-setting petroleum engineering technologies, including, super depth drilling, horizontal drilling, drilling mud, remote sonic imaging logging, P nuclear and magnetic resonance logging, mud logging, synthetic interpretation and evaluation. Among its products is the DML Mud Logging Unit, an industry operational mainstay.

In addition, New World will also act as an agent for Karamay Drilling Company, a subsidiary of CNPC XIBU Drilling Engineering Co. Ltd. Founded in 1956, KDC has a fleet of more than 100 onshore rigs and nearly 7,000 workers annually producing more than 12 million tons of crude oil and natural gas. KDC is also responsible for the state-of-the-art SW-5 Mud Logging Units, with unit cabins, data acquisition systems, gas chromatographs, data transmission sensors and proprietary computer and software systems providing forecasting models, as well as real time tracking of all operations.
