Long time North Baltimore residents, Roger and Myra Phillips, are selling their home and contents along with his contractor equipment at Auction on Saturday April 24th.  The couple has bought a cabin in Alaska and is looking forward to retiring there and enjoying life.  This is the first time the property has been offered on the market and the seller is willing to accept any offer over $59,000.00 for the property.
