Ecenta & Sky Technologies release SAP CRM from the desktop PC– Partnership for mobile CRM solution

Ecenta, a products and consulting firm specialized in complex implementation projects in the SAP® Business Suite product range, and Sky Technologies, experts for mobile SAP solutions based in the US and Australia, will from now on work together closely. Due to the new partnership Ecenta will not only distribute the mobile CRM solution from Sky Technologies but also implement the software. With the new agreement both companies respond to the growing demand for mobile CRM solutions.

According to Gartner in two years 50 percent of all mobile employees will leave their laptops in the office and use a different mobile device. For managers and sales people the smart phone will become the single most important tool to do business and communicate. Sky Technologies solution “SkyMobile” integrates directly with SAP CRM and doesn´t require any additional costly middleware. Therefore the installation and operation of the mobile CRM solution is quick, simple and highly reliable due to a much lower number of potential error sources.
