Wiseman Capital Group has partnered with a leading hedge fund that focuses on direct investments on asset-based, structured debt placements for both private and public companies.
 
April 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Wiseman Capital Group has partnered with a strategic hedge fund that seeks investment opportunities for companies that need alternatives to bank financing. Many businesses do not realize that they can leverage their business assets to secure non-traditional financing to improve cash flow or acquire an existing or competing business.  

By leveraging accounts receivables, existing inventory, purchase orders, buildings, machinery and equipment and even intellectual property businesses can now borrow funds that are priced competitively and offered with limited financial covenants.

We are looking for companies that have annual revenues between $5mm to $100mm and
can no longer borrower money from their existing financial resources. Companies with positive cash flow with at least 3 years of historical operating performance; an experienced management team with a track record for success; and a business model with long term growth are ideal candidates for access to this hedge fund.
