ACME Locksmith, a Phoenix-based lock and safe service provider has been selected by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as a finalist for the 2010 BBB Business Ethics Awards. The Business Ethics Awards, established in 2002 by the BBB Foundation, recognizes outstanding businesses of varying sizes that maintain a solid commitment to ethics and trust within the community.
“To have a Phoenix based locksmith recognized by the BBB this year is very special,” said Robert Vallelunga, Owner of ACME Locksmith. “Unfortunately, the reputation of our industry has been tarnished in recent years,” said Vallelunga. “Deceptive companies have moved into the valley and seem to exist with the sole intent of taking advantage of consumers. To have the BBB recognize that there are locksmith companies operating in Phoenix with the highest standards of integrity is a step towards restoring consumer confidence in our industry.”
ACME Locksmith technicians service the entire Phoenix area from their Mesa-based lock and safe shop. They offer an extensive line of automotive, residential, small business, and commercial services.
“If it operates a door or takes a key, chances are we handle,” said Vallelunga. “Today’s locks are much more complex than that of just a few years ago. Mechanical security enhancements and new electronic components have really modernized the industry. We pride ourselves on being able to help consumers understand the new technology so that they can choose the best solution for their particular problem at a price point they can afford.”
Award winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa on May 12, 2010.
