CollegePlus Offers $1.5 Million in Financial Aid to Distance Learning Students

San Antonio, Texas—Thursday, April 22, 2010—CollegePlus! is pleased to announce the launch of a $1.5 million financial aid initiative to help high school and college-age students and adult learners cover the costs of earning a fully accredited bachelor’s degree in the degree major of their choice.

This is not a student loan program. The $1.5 million financial aid initiative is to help ensure students can earn an accredited college degree without taking student loans and completely avoiding college debt.

The total financial package each student can qualify for is based purely on need. Unlike federal grant programs, a student is not required to reveal exact household income or submit sensitive tax documents in order to get financial aid through CollegePlus!
Students can use their financial aid through CollegePlus! towards earning a degree that holds the most accepted form of accreditation in the United States.
