Willow Creek Decor, maker of Rustic and Western themed furniture, joins the Rocky Mountain Home and Design Center (RMHDC). The RMHDC is an outlet for local artists to showcase their creations and make them available for purchasing. "We are excited to have a showroom so the folks can see, feel and sit in our furniture," said Fred Kayser, owner and craftsman of Willow Creek Decor. "Our decor is so unique that most people don't even realize what it is made out of." Willow Creek Decor uses metal fence post, usually called T-Post, to build its one of a kind furniture. When the product is finished it is hard to believe that it was once a fence post used to hold livestock in their pastures.
Willow Creek Decor builds its furniture with high quality materials along with some recycled material. They use T-post, which come from recycling railroad rails and the wood comes from old barn wood. The leather is hand-picked to give each piece of furniture its own custom look. "It's nice to be able to build something that will have a lifetime of enjoyment in someone's home and not just be thrown away", Fred also states.
