Conostan Oil Viscosity Standards
SCP SCIENCE – CONOSTAN, the trusted name in oil based standards introduced General Purpose Viscosity Reference Standards manufactured in accordance with ASTM D 2162. CONOSTAN certified mineral oil viscosity standards were developed for the calibration and verification of all types of viscometers, including glass capillary viscometers, rotational viscometers, cup and falling ball viscometers.
All standards are traceable to National Standards and according to ASTM & IP methods and carry a two year stability guarantee. Each standard is available in five popular volumes and is supplied with a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis detailing Kinematic and Dynamic Viscosity values at nine temperatures from 20 to 100 oC. Saybolt Viscosities are also provided at 37.78 oC and Density Values for each standard through the range of 20 to 100oC.
