Kingsdale has been engaged by BoardSuite to complete equity financing, to source an appropriate Capital Pool Company for the planned RTO and advise on other aspects of the Go Public process. Kingsdale Capital is an internationally recognized firm delivering corporate finance and capital market solutions for corporations, shareholders and investors.

Proceeds from the Go Public Transaction or other financing will be used to acquire business services to be integrated into the flagship BoardSuite Portal.

There is no assurance the BoardSuite will be able to successfully identify or complete a Go Public transaction.
