Pannone LLP were instructed in group actions in both 2008 and 2009 with guests suffering food poisoning symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps.
Further instructions have now been received for guests holidaying in the resort in April 2010 who have suffered illness.
Over the past few weeks, Pannone LLP are hearing of ongoing problems at the Movenpick and again food preparation, hygiene and health and safety standards are being cited as a possible cause of illness.
Andrew Morton advises that anyone affected should "keep any evidence of illness such as medical receipts for treatment and ensure that the illness is officially reported in resort and a complaint form completed. The holiday representative should provide a copy of the form for guests to keep. On return to the UK you should consult your GP immediately to try to confirm exactly what the illness was."
