The handouts are great, the volume of info was immense, the business forms are a godsend, the mentor coaching was probably life-altering. I learned how to present myself as an ADHD coach. I had the knowledge and passion but you helped me to package everything together in order to start my own coaching business. — Sandy S., Keene, NH.

ADHD, meaning “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder” is estimated to affect between 15-20 million American adults. The primary symptoms of ADHD are inattention, impulsivity and sometimes hyperactivity. The diagnosis of ADHD however is not based on the presence of these symptoms alone. Most people find themselves being distracted and impulsive, even hyperactive, at some points in their lives.  What distinguishes ADHD from “everyday” inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity is the severity, duration and scope of these symptoms, as well as how they affect a person’s everyday life.

Faculty: Carol Gignoux (Certified Life and Financial Coach) and Nancy Pagan are two top coaches with over 20 years combined experience.  Carol and Nancy are both graduates of ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach training schools. They have completed coach training from: The Newfield Network, Coach U., Executive Coaching Institute, Top Human Coach Training (China) and Great Life Technologies, Core Dynamics Coaching.
