On Friday, April 16, 2010, the Supplier Clearinghouse of the Public Utilities Commission for the State of California certified Creative Investment Research, Inc. as a minority-owned business. The certification is valid for three years. Our certification number is 10CS0091.
Suppliers certified by the Clearinghouse are officially recognized by the CPUC and sixteen participating utilities which service the California market. Certification by the Clearinghouse of eligible suppliers was designed to encourage, recruit, and utilize WMBEs by participating utilities. According to the Clearinghouse, the benefits of registering and receiving certification include the following:
