MUNICH, Germany - Women’s contemporary label DES ARTISTES is pleased to announce a charity collaboration with renowned Chinese artist Ai Weiwei. Mr. Ai will design a series of t-shirts whose proceeds will go towards Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). The 2,000 limited edition tees will be available this fall in selected stores throughout the US & Europe.

Ai Weiwei is a conceptual artist, architect and political activist. Mr. Ai is widely regarded as China’s most prominent contemporary artist and one of the country’s most innovative thinkers. He is perhaps best known for helping to design the iconic Bird’s Nest Olympic Stadium in Beijing.
