Download and install DVD Slideshow Creator. Once launched, you will start from Slideshow tab. Here, import favorite pictures/videos and music to the storyboard. If required, double-click media source to edit.

When your import photo and video, random photo transition will automatically applied to them. But you can change photo transition by clicking transition thumb on storyboard and selecting desired transition in the resulting dialog.

Go to Create tab and in the Output formats drop-down list, select MP4 as the video format. Then click Start to save video for facebook. You can also go to Options button to customize video options, e.g., the facebook video resolution, frame rate, bitrate, audio sample rate, etc.
