“Buluotuo Culture Tourism Festival will be held from April 20 to 22 in Ganzhuang Mountain Scenic Area of Tianyang County.” said Ye Leyang, the deputy mayor of Baise city, “Baise is suffering the severest drought, so we once considered canceling this festival”. However, hundreds of thousands of people worship the God of Buluotuo every year who is considered to be the creator of the ethnic culture of early Zhuang nationality in Guangxi Province (

Ye Leyang said, “The festival will be conducive to studying, protecting and passing on Buluotuo culture”. Because of drought, the opening ceremony and some theatrical performances will be cancelled, while the donation activity will be held. People nurtured by the Buluotuo culture have developed abilities to endure hardships and dedication. 2010 Buluotuo Culture Tourism Festival will help to fight against drought.
Buluotuo Culture Tourism Festival was once held by government of Baise (

Baise government mainly focuses on fighting against drought. Because hundreds of thousands persons will assemble in Ganzhuang Mountian on April 20 and 22, the Baise government still play a role in organizing and leading the festival for the sake of safety.
