The average home sold in 2009 for the period had 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and nearly 2,400 square feet; the 2010 average home sold had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3,065 square feet.
March Upper Lonsdale sales increase 300% over February, on par with January and 200% higher than sales for the same month in 2009. The average home sold for the month in 2009 had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,675 square feet, was listed at $805,633 and sold for $783,333 (97% of list price) and sold in 9 days. The average 2010 March sale had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3,120 square feet, a list price of $1,206,166 and sold for $1,203,333 (99.7% of list price) and also sold in 9 days.
Upper Lonsdale has a healthy inventory with 26 active listings available with the average home for sale having a price of $1,178,000, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,207 square feet. The average duration of time on the market is 49 days.
