Flight Attendant Podcast surpasses 10,000 Downloads

April 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Popular Flight Attendant bloggers: Sara Keagle, of TheFlyingPinto.com, and Bobby Laurie, of UpUpAndAGay.com, partnered in January 2010 to create an informative and entertaining podcast. Titled, The Crew Lounge, the podcast offers listeners a unique look into the life and career of a Flight Attendant.

The Crew Lounge, still in its freshman year, has hit the 10,000 download milestone. Since its inception in January 2010, The Crew Lounge has produced 15 episodes totaling approximately 10 hours of content, welcomed 20 guest panelists and three special guests.

Taking the format of a talk show, Keagle and Laurie lead a panel of Flight Attendants through a discussion surrounding airline news, important events, interactions with passengers, layovers, as well as interviews with special guests. Averaging 300 regular subscribers in iTunes, 400 fans on Facebook and 400 followers on Twitter, The Crew Lounge has become an industry favorite podcast.

Blogger Sara Keagle has been an active Flight Attendant for 17 years. Because of operating her award winning website, Keagle has become a leading industry expert on airline travel.

Bobby Laurie has been an active Flight Attendant for 5 years, as well as holding various corporate positions within the airline industry. In addition to his blog, Laurie is also a freelance journalist for Examiner.com reporting on airline and airport news.
